The practice was established in
1984 to provide building energy and operation consultancy, with environmental,
mechanical, and electrical building services design and project management.
Since 1993, the practice has concentrated on its core activities of energy
conservation and environmental aspects of building design.
The principal, Stephen Kinsella
BScEng ACGI CEng MIEE FCIBSE MSLL, has 25 years' international experience in energy utilisation,
building operation, and environmental design and management of building
projects
We have undertaken many
projects for public authorities, leading contractors, and major companies.

We work closely with the
architectural profession with the objective of achieving the best energy
efficient design within project constraints. We provide advice on passive
design issues, calculate energy aspects of building elements, and specify the
appropriate environmental practice in services design.
We provide a consultancy

Energy survey and analysis
We use special techniques
aimed at identification of all aspects of energy and water use, calculation of
potential savings, and targeting of future consumption. Stress is laid on
savings in operational management, followed by efficiency improvements and
utility purchasing.
