Problems are rarely resolved unless they are brought to the attention of those responsible for them, both to alert them to the fact that there is a problem, and also to highlight that the problem is important.

We encourage people to write to those responsible and bring problems to their attention. We have a number of campaigns which our members are involved in, in particular we are keen to get members of the public to report road damage and potholes.
